In 2009, the Spread the Feeling Tour visited five cities across Canada. In each city, at each event, Canadians came out to fight hunger by simply sharing a hug. For every hug, KRAFT donated 1 jar of KRAFT Peanut Butter to a local food bank. Participants could Spread the Feeling by sharing a hug either in person or online. The tour exceeded its national goal of 50,000 hugs and over 50,000 jars of Kraft Peanut Butter were donated to help those in need.
The Vancouver 2009 Spread the Feeling event was held on Saturday, August 29th at the Vancouver Aquarium.
