Share your PB Creation »Creations submitted should include a digital photo of your Kraft Peanut Butter concoction in any of the following formats: (gif, jpeg, png) with a maximum photo size of (5 mb). Creations submitted must also include the ingredients for the creation as well as “your story” in 500 words or less. Creation submissions are unlimited per person, however each submission should be different than any of your previously entered submissions.
Each photo, and creation must be original, have not been previously published, does not infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of any other party, and must be suitable for publication (i.e. must not be obscene or indecent or defamatory, show violence or discriminatory behavior or potentially unsafe or dangerous practices). Inappropriate photos of any sort will not be used.
I consent to the use of my photo as of the date of these terms and conditions were agreed to and agree that Kraft Canada Inc. and its agents (together, the “Sponsor”) can use and distribute in any format or any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, my image, creation, name, likeness and comments without any further consent or compensation and hereby also authorize the Sponsor the use of such, for the purposes of this program. The Sponsor shall be under no obligation to actually use my image, creation, name or likeness.
All photos shall become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. I irrevocably assign and transfer to the Sponsor any and all rights, title, and interest in the photos including, without limitation, all copyright. The Sponsor shall have the right to edit or modify photos and creations for use in perpetuity without my consent or compensation.
The Sponsor is released from all claim and liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the recording of such images, including, without limitation, claims based upon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity.
